July 24th; New layout. I am sorry if people don't like this, and if any staff members feel the old one should be reapplied, or they wish to modify this one, please feel free to do so. If you so choose to re apply the old layout, I will find the old fonts for "admin" and stuff, and put them up. I also do not know how to apply the skin to all members so i did it individually. If you have ant problems please tell me. Thank you .
